Throughout her professional journey, Esther has excelled as a business analyst, specifically focusing on impact-driven solutions. Her unwavering motivation to foster innovation in Nigeria and Africa drives her forward, particularly within education. Esther has also contributed to the health tech space as a Co-founder of Primed E-health, serving more than 10 million patients in Nigeria alone. 
With this fervor, she founded Talentet Code, dedicating herself to the creation of groundbreaking skill and talent acquisition solutions tailored to the unique needs of the Nigerian and African markets.
When Esther is not working, she enjoys exploring and touring new cities and learning about new histories and cultures. She’s also a lover of good food and good movies.
